Dealing with Alice was a breath of fresh air during a very difficult time for our family. In general, the service was good as it was before. The only thing was I didn't receive notification when the flowers were delivered. I had to contact my sister and ask her if Mom had actually received the flowers.

After losing an Aunt in St.Paul, and knowing that I wouldn't be able to make it to see family from Vancouver Island, I thought to send flowers from the Jungle. The online service was so easy to use to put an order through and I got a call the next morning regarding the arrangement and talked to a lovely lady. I got pictures of the arrangement later on in the week and it looks so beautiful. Thank you The Jungle Team!

I had issues with my payment and my flowers were sent out anyway with the trust that they would be paid for . That is what I call ABCD... Above and Beyond the Call of Duty. Unknowningly, the surprise was on myself when friend to receive the flowers had moved. I am so grateful to the floral shop for their expertise in locating the recipient of the flowers.
